I worked with the FX department of 'Scary Movie 4' to create a parody of the alien probe from 'War of the Worlds'. We only made the polyurethane core of the head and also the light box on the chin. There was very little time and also a tight tolerance for precision due to electronic components and fabricated plastic that needed to work with it. I created the 3d model and the CNC files.

We also made the laser gun that Leslie Nielson used to blast peoples clothes off. I created the 3d model based off the productions supplied concept art, and once it was approved I went ahead to make the CNC files as well. We only supplied the foam core. The final piece was modified slightly to accommodate their needs, so it varies slightly from the 3D model.
